Educators and organization administrators

Choose Educator & organization sign in on the Fact Master homepage to manage classrooms, numbered aliases, access settings, reports, and classroom codes. A classroom code remains active until an authorized adult turns it off. If a student cannot enter, confirm the seven characters and make sure the classroom is active.

District technology teams

Fact Master is served from factmaster.tkgapps.com. Adult authentication, classroom sessions, and protected instructional records use the approved Fact Master backend. Student Google or Microsoft accounts are not required for ordinary classroom play.

Google Workspace pilot

A district administrator may need to allow the Fact Master OAuth client for the pilot organizational unit after Google sign-in is configured. Google sign-in and Google Classroom roster import are separate permissions; Fact Master will request the least privilege needed for each feature.

Request help or access

Open Fact Master and choose Educator & organization sign in to request approved access. Include the district, school, affected browser or device, time of the issue, and exact error message. Do not send student legal names or screenshots containing protected student information.
