Authorized use

Fact Master may be used only through an approved demo, pilot, subscription, or organization agreement. Adult access is personal to the authorized user and may not be shared. Classroom codes may be shared only with the intended classroom or instructional group.

Student access

Educators must assign privacy-safe numbered aliases and keep the corresponding roster in a district-approved system. Users must not enter student legal names, initials, email addresses, diagnoses, or other identifying information into an alias field.

Subscriptions

Paid production access is governed by the applicable order, invoice, purchase order, or agreement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, school and district pricing, implementation, integrations, support, and renewal terms are provided by quote. Card and banking credentials are handled only by an approved payment provider.

Acceptable use

Users may not bypass access controls, probe the service for unauthorized data, interfere with availability, copy or redistribute protected application content, or use the service unlawfully. TKG may suspend access to protect users, data, contracts, or the platform.

Instructional role

Fact Master provides practice, strategies, and instructional evidence. It does not replace educator judgment, special education decisions, formal grading policy, or required district assessments.

Changes and customer agreements

These public terms may be updated as the service develops. A signed district or school agreement controls if it conflicts with these public terms.
